OVERVIEW

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Texas has the 2nd highest employment of Animal Control workers in the U.S. This has led to a desire for more efficient technology in reporting and record-keeping that integrates with the rest of law enforcement records management tools. Introducing the Animal Control Software Module for Athena RMS that covers Animal Shelters and Animal Control Services.

ANIMAL SHELTER FEATURES

• Search for any animals by chip ID, breed, gender, name, acquired date range, etc
• Intake form details include pickup location, chip ID, owner if known, and more
• Add tracking events and attachments to the record that will maintain status while at the shelter
• Associate a Call for Service record with any bite tracking record
• Add adoption records for the animal, if applicable
• Print a kennel card for the animal

• Search and update animal trap records and indicate type, location, and person borrowing trap
