Athena Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) is a powerful public safety dispatch software that helps streamline dispatchers' most critical tasks in deploying proper resources to an emergency as efficiently as possible. ICS has developed proprietary technology proven to be successful at reducing response times while also improving the ease of use that’s backed by an industry-leading support team.

ICS has worked directly with our agency partners at reducing response times with our “ClosetTo” algorithm that auto-calculates the fastest available responder. We have also improved on ease of use with features like auto-complete when typing in a location; using your mouse, keyboard, or the map when dispatching units; or locating an officer’s location based on their radio GPS.
